Cutie canines cuddling under the Christmas tree are a cozy and comforting contemplation. Many associate dogs with gifts. It probably started back in childhood, when they wholeheartedly wished for just one present from Santa Claus: a puppy. A dog that'll be their BBFF - Best Barking Friend Forever - and lick away every sorrow. That's why they seem to belong under the tree - because, as the best gift ever, their natural habitat is right where the presents are.

They also love gifts themselves, or at least unwraping the gift. Dog pawrents around the world take the time to choose the pawrfect pooch present when they could've just bought the wrapper instead. But that's understandable. Our pawrecious doggos are a part of our family; we want to show them some attention. If you're at a loss with what present to buy your pup, always go with something delicious. They'll appreciate it much more than that Christmas sweater or those antlers you ordered especially from Amazon.

Not to dis Santa's legendary entrance, but who came up with a storyline in which it's cool to come in the house through the chimney? It's called breaking and entering, isn't it? Luckily our trusty doggos would have none of that. If Santa wishes to come inside, he can come through the door and get sniffed for approval like everyone else.

Really, we've gone too far. Some dog pawrents buy their canine a nice collar and are done with it, but others buy antlers, elf's ears, or even a long beard to battle with throughout the evening. They do look adorable with those antlers, though.
